My fish is getting bigger then smaller then big again *Like in the belly*?

Ok, so I went to a lake and I got a little guppy, I thought that it was goning to lay eggs because her belly was huge! I git her home put her in a nice big fish bowl and was feeding her betta food. About 3 weeks after I got her in the tank, she got this fish sickness called ick. I put meds in the bowl and I knew that the meds would kill the eggs if any inside her. But I wanted her to get better so I put it in there. Then 2 weeks after changing the water, regular feeding and normal behavers, she got small. I knew that if there had been any eggs in her she woul have already disposed of them in her wast product. at least 4 weeks after that (That is now) she is big again! I have no idea if she is going to lay eggs, I have strange vision, or she has a wait problem! Please! Tell me what is up with her/him!!!!

Is getting a date tattoo a bad idea?

My dad died 6/21/06. I was 24 yrs old and my brother was 21. It was a sudden heart attack and it's been really hard on us. We want to get a matching tattoo but can't decide what would be appropriate for both of us. What are the requirements to be a pediatric dental istant?

There really are not any requirements. Some offices will do on the job training and then after you are working then you can go get your xray certifiation. However It is best to go to school to be a dental istant because eventhouh its not required it looks better when looking for a job and it will be alot easier on yourself if you know kind of what your doing. I am a dental istant and the school I went to was only like 7 months and you dont have to have any basics or anything, some of them are longer and some are shorter. You dont have to do anything different to be a pediatric istant, you will learn all of it in school. I love dental isting but I dont like working with children. Not because I dont like them, its the complete oppisite, I LOVE children and I hate seeing them in pain and terrified, it kills me!! I work in a general office where we do see children on occasion. It sound like all these attempts to integrate different databses with each other are causing a problem, I don't think using a different program will help you as it will require learning how to use an entirely new package. I think brushing up on your database theory is the best option and rather than attempting to integrate these various databases, creating a working relational database, by working from this master database you referred to and customising it apropriately you could avoid the need to create additional databases and avoid the requirement to attempt to integrate them, good design should be the first thing you aim towards. Access is designed as a relational database and there is no reason you can't store all this information under one file, create a well planned correctly normalised relational database in access and you could probably drastically reduce the time you spend on admin. Using well thought out structure, forms, queries and reports should solve your problem.
