I asked a question like this before and im adding on to it please ASAP help!?

ok i asked about how my jaw is making a snappy sound and its not double jointed or dislocated and it makes like a snappy sound and im scared something is wrong and a person answered my question but how do unclenche my jaw please help ASAP
