Are Argentina & Uruguay plotting to attack the UK over Falklands?

As the question says really? What would happen if Argentina and Uruguay did attack and try to take the Falklands back by force? Would the UK retaliatte? Would the rest of South America get involved? Would the UK's allies like France, USA and the Commonwealth Countries get involved? Could this be the start of World War 3?
