My 9 year old doesnt want to go with her father on his weekends anymore she's scared?

I have two daughters ages 12 and 9. I have custody of them but they go with their father every other weekend. My 9 yr old hasnt been wanting to go with him foro like 5 weekends now. I asked her if anyone is hurting her and she says no. I dont force her to go. But last weekend she decided to go. I asked her to please tell me the reason for not going and she says that the shootings scare her( He lives in a bad area). And also that he drinks alot. The 12 yr old favors him so she tells me that my 9 yr old is lying. He thinks that Im brain washing her. She beggs me to go back to court to change the order because she doesnt want to go with him anymore. I dont know what to do Advice!!
