Aggravated with my dr and my baby is still in pain!!!?

My little girl is just over a month old now. She was on Similac Advance and was fine til about a week ago. Great baby, ate good, only woke up once a night, and cried when hungry or wet. I was lucky! Then, she started getting a big belly after eating and cries horribly in pain and pes g a lot. She will draw her legs up and arch her head back and scream and scream. It takes us about an hour to get her soothed. I took her to the dr and he told me it could be colic and to give her tylenol and change her to soy formula and add rice (which she was already getting anyways) I also have her on gripe water and have changed her to soy with cereal still and also a natural aloe juice to help digestion and she is still uncomfortable after eating. How long should she be on the soy before it really gets in her system? I told him I thought it was acid reflux and I wanted to try medicine. I have horrible GERD so I know how she feels. He won't give me any medicine for her and I am upset about the whole thing. I had to give her tylenol once just because she was in so much pain and all that does is put her to sleep! That's not helping her at all I don't think. Also, I did try that Similac Aliminium sp? and she would throw that back up even with rice cereal in it and she hated the taste it seemed like.
