Should an illegal immigrant be able to sue for being denied medical care in the USA?

Well due to the FACT that they took cared for him for 3 years at a cost of 1.5 MILLION! The Hospital should be the ones suing! By the way... HE WAS ILLEGAL! They should have saved some money, stuck him on an inner tube and set him a sail!
