I need an idea!!!!! HELP?

me and my friends are 16 and live in mesa, AZ in the US and we do not have anything to do tonight. we dont like parties much, too young for clubs, to windy for swimming, and we have one car and there is about 5 of us. we are all girls and we are desperate for any ideas of some thing crazy fun to do tonight!!! oh and we have no money except 10 dollars, :( ssooo......help please!!!
