Nail varnish base coat?

Base coats are not just clear polish anymore, the technology has changed. Base coats are much faster drying and lay down a "sticky" base that enables polish to attach itself with greater endurance. Yes they work, especially with a professional top coat over the polish. Sticky by Creative Nail is my fave.
