I've been up all night with my 1yr old... I need some Mommy Opinions, please?

With the symptoms you are describing he sounds like he has a virus, something that is simply upsetting his system, fever, red cheeks and vomiting are not typical signs of teething in a baby. This is something that just needs to run it's course, keep him well hydrated (you can give him some Emergen C in his water, you can get Emergen 'C' at Longs Drugs or a health food store) let his fever do it's job if it returns, fevers are part the bodies natural healing process so that means no Tylenol or Motrin, cool him with cool cloths or baths, allow him to rest when he will and keep him comfortable and out of the heat. You rest when he does, being a mom isn't always a picnic, this to shall p, if other symptoms arise call his Pediatrician.
