Sensitive question.....?

I'm realy scared. I think I have got cancer but I'm not sure and I'm scared io tell anyone. A while ago, I found a lump on the left hand side about 3cm away from my . I thought it was a spot/mole so I kept picking at it and one day I removed it. It has left a mark but nothing else. recently we had a talk about cancer at school so when I came home, I checked myself and found no lumps! but yesterday I noticed around both my nips, it was all crUsty and flakey. I read through the leaflets about cancer from school and found that this was a symptom for bc. Was the spot/mole I removed a lump of cancer? I checked myself again and I found no lumps. Does anybody know what this means.?
