Well in that case why not just wait out the 28 days and have a nother bash at it. From my viewpoint here in London, I'm not at all happy that 100,000 ballot papers got spoilt. This was caused by a complicated system of voting which was not first fully explained to the people. Basically it's just a crap election which does not truly reflect the will of the people. Something seriously wrong has happened. Let the Scots sort it out.
