What are your picks for the NHL playoffs?

I have to say most of all of your picks are completely idiotic. It's extremely unrealistic that Detroit will manage to steamroll through everyone like they did last year; although it's true that Detroit's good I really doubt they're that good. It's also pretty unlikely that the top seaded teams from either conference will make it to the top. San Jose and Boston are both teams that sucked huge even last year and now theyre expected to win the cup; give me a break. That's the same thing that happened with the habs last year and look at where they ended up; demolished by the Penguins in the second round last year and barely making into the playoffs this year. If you set aside the Red Wings win from last year you see that the cup went to Ducks, the Hurricanes and the Lightning in the last few years. All of these teams were teams that had an average season record and then exploded in the playoffs in a cinderella story victory only to plummet to the mid/bottom of the standings the following seasons. If you ask me this year the cup is going to an underdog team that doesn't usually show their face in the post season but will make a name for themselves this year. My prediction lies with either Philadelphia or Washington in the east and Vancouver or Chicago in the west. We're gonna see a cinderella story this year. Mark my words
