Chug coca cola in 15 seconds?

ok, so today, I chugged a regular bottle of coca cola in about 15 seconds non-stop (yes I did...i have a video to prove it) but anyway, it still had all of the g because I didn't let out any, just opened the bottle and started to drink but then after my breath smelt like beer, it also smelt like beer when I burped and people thought I was drinking (this was in school) and for about a minute after I did it I felt kinda high, what caused the beer smell and the high feeling?
