Need to lose weight and build muscle.?
I am 225 lbs and I'm 5 ft 11in. I have been fat and made fun of since age 5, I am now not even 16. I need to lose weight and if I don't find a solution soon, I am considering anorexic practices as they seem to be effective. I want to build muscle as well. Can someone please help me control my appetite. All I do is eat, I can't stop myself. I need some help. And of course my parents make it even harder by not taking me to a nutritionist. I have no support on this but myself. I can't choose to eat healthy because my Mom dont cook healthy and she don't care if I ask her not too, its only about what my Dad wants for dinner. I do try to substitute water for food, but I am unsuccessful. I probably drink more water than anyone I know. I have cases of water in my room. Please help. I hope maybe I can grow taller to look less fat. Ive tried hoodia, acai berry, tonalin cla, green tea extract, and much more. It looks like I will not lose weight by using a supplement. I am currently taking these daily: tonalin cla, DHA (to enhance thinking), Multivitamins, colon cleanse, I have been taking these for a month with not a pound dropped. Do the vitamins or the DHA fish oil hurt my chances of losing weight? Anyone know something to help? Thanks
