How embarring is it for a guy when he can't "get it up?"?

It's very embarring for a guy because society has conditioned them that it makes them some kind of failure if they can't get an on demand....it makes them feel less "manly" which is totally ridiculous. Why is it ok for girls to not feel like it sometimes or not get as wet as normal but not for a guy? So unfair. Lots of reasons.....he was tired....he was stressed....performance anxiety....too much to drink....you can reure him that its ok and perfectly normal and you don't think any less of him....he will likely still be embarred though...it's just the way guys are....
