I found 9 newborn puppies with umbilical cords 2 days ago in a trash can!!!!?

I found 9 newborn puppies with umbilical cords 2 days ago in a trash can. I took them home and 1 of them died the same night. I bought formula for puppies and bottles and have been feeding them every 2-3 hours ever since until they are full. 3 dogs were looking bloated and sick this morning. Took them to the vet but one of them died. He said there�s basically nothing I can do. That I just need to keep feeding them, use glycerin suppositories and hope for the best. He didn�t want to give them any meds because they are too small. He said all I can do is keep feeding them the formula and hope for the best but one of them is pupping white and 3 of them don�t look that healthy. They also don�t stop crying. I need advise soon please!!!! I don�t have any experience with puppies and don�t know what to do!!! Nobody wants to take care of them as they say it�s a lot of work and I don�t want to just leave them there. What can I do??? I read somewhere to give them pedyalite but they don�t seem to be de dehydrated. 2 of them are pooping white and the rest are pooping yellow. I want to take care of them the best way I can. Is it normal that they are crying all the time??? Help please!!!!!
