I have an old debt topay off to former school?

i once attended a 4yr university (private) i dropped3 cles after the add drop period and ended up owing them some money. i cant get transcripts and thats cool but i cant attend the local college to obtain my lpn/rn degree is their any lenders out there who help students out in this matter ive contacted loan companies and financial aid other schools and nothing can someone give me any advice or help on this situation
