Rate/Fix Yu-Gi-Oh! My Synchro Deck?

Not bad. But if you could get a Fairy Dragon and... I think it was Tool Shed Dragon but it looks like a dragon made of construction tools. If you get those two, you could be unstoppable. But if you want to have a good Synchro deck, you will need De-Synchro and Synchro Boost. But you should try and get some Rituals and Fusions. Have you noticed that there are three special cards: Fusion, Ritual and Synchro? The three Special Cards in your deck will instantly leave your opponent a wreck! I know you asked for a rating on your Synchro Cards, but think of how powerful the most powerful Synchro you get, the most powerful Ritual you get and the most powerful Fusion you get could cause Chaos on the field if you get all three out on the field. That is something I am waiting to see my foe tremble against the combonation of my three strongest Specials. Oh, you should get, Dragon's Gunfire, Ookazi and Emergency Provisions. Hope this helps.
