How long was yor first period after a miscarriage?

I miscarried on the 22nd of july. I was only 5 w and 5 d allong so i DID NOT need a dnc. i got my period exactly a month after miscarrying. thats good right? it was kinda heavy ( my regular periods usually are) and it lasted 3 days its almost done so i guess ill make it 3 and half days. ( my regular periods are about 3 to 4 days anyways) so is this good? the doc said my period would arrive 6 to 8 weeks well he was wrong lol. so how long did your first period last after miscarrying?
