.NET 4.0 error after compile?

I've never been through such a problem... but I guess one of the simple ways could be to copy the source code of your plugin ... paste it in ur new .net4.0 and re-compile it... create the same plugin ... just using copy-paste and then complie on... I guess then it should work..
