WIC question?

Really that depends on your nutritional status. If you're all eating a proper diet, you may not qualify at all. Most 3 year olds get 3 gallons of milk a month, 28 ounces of cereal, and the standard eggs, cheese, and juice. Sometimes beans for protein deficiencies. At 16 months, all that's really different is they usually get about 4.5-5 gallons of milk a month.
