What's a good idea for my sister's 31st birthday in Fort Lauderdale?

We're going on a Carribean cruise in August and coming back to Fort Lauderdale. When we get back what is there fun to do for her birthday. She likes to drink but my mother & sister will also be with us. All of us are legal.
