1408 ..sucky movie?

Funny thing about 1408 is that it was a short story that Stephen King never intended to finish. He actually wrote the first few pages as an appendix for his "On Writing" book to show readers how a story evolves from first draft to second. According to King, he wanted to provide concrete examples of the principles he'd been explaining but ended getting sucked in my his own story and finished it.
